SHIPPING POLICY
All deliveries will be provided by our delivery team or a selected carrier, depending on availability. You will be ask to show a form of identity card and sign upon every delivery. However, if the purchase is made as a gift for someone special and wish to be deliver straight to them, please kindly state their name and contact number in the delivery note section at the checkout page.
Shipping cost
When purchase between ฿0 -฿1000 the delivery cost will be ฿200.
When purchase between ฿1000 -฿2250 the delivery cost will be ฿150.
When purchase between ฿2250 -฿3500 the delivery cost will be ฿100.
When purchase ฿3500 or more the delivery cost will be FREE.
If Grab is chosen as mode of delivery. The delivery fee will be collected upon delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any returns will be carry out by our delivery service team or selected carrier prior to a cost depending on the distance.
A refund will be available if you are not fully satisfied with our product (within 3 days of receiving).
No refund or exchange will be offer to any damaged product (crack vase or outer damages).
Within 7 days of receiving and you are still not fully satisfied, we regret to inform you that only an exchange to other product will be avaliable.
